Accommodation in Fontainebleau for Rock Climbers

There is a wide range of accommodation available in Fontainebleau for rock climbers. There are several campsites, Gites (self-catering holiday cottages), expensive hotels, budget hotels and self catering apartments.

La Musardiere

This is a large campsite near Milly-La-Foret, in the heart of the Trois Pignons bouldering area, and hence is very popular with climbers.

Facilities include 2 large toilet/shower/washing blocks which are of a high standard. There is also an open air swimming pool and a children's play area.

The site is open from mid February to the end of November. It gets very busy during the main holiday periods so it is best to book.
