Walking the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast National Trail

The Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path National Trail is 93 mile (149Km) long, and combines two contrasting trails.

Peddars Way starts from Knettishall Heath near the town of Thetford to Hunstanton on the north Norfolk's Coast, following the line of an old Roman road. The Peddars Way route runs through the Brecks, a unique area of forest, heath and low river valleys, including Thetford Forest and Kings Forest.

The Norfolk Coast National Trail long distance path then runs from Hunstanton to Cromer along a coastline that is famous for its remoteness and wild beauty. Throughout the Norfolk Coast path there are many points of interest such as stately homes, monasteries, medieval castles, and traditional windmills.
