This is the comprehensive guidebook for all the rock climbing and sport climbing found in the state of Arkansas. Included is Arkansas’s premier climbing area, Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, which is regarded as one of America’s best sport climbing venues. The guidebook covers 14 other crags including Cowell Region, Sam's Throne Region, and Richard Creek Wilderness. The climbing is on sandstone rock with the vast majority of the routes being single pitch. The guidebook has a good selection of both sport and trad routes across the various crags.

In total the guidebook covers near 2,000 routes that are shown on colour photo topos along with a route description. At the start of each crag there is a detailed description of the type and style of the climbing to be found, plus a location map and approach directions. Other information is also provided regarding best time of the year to climb, where to stay, and a tick list of the best routes.

Published in July 2015 this is the 2nd edition of this guidebook that includes nearly 500 new routes, some on entirely new crags than the previous edition.
