This guidebook describes 6 major rock climbing areas in Western Turkey around the cities of Istanbul, Bursa and Izmir. The climbing areas covered are; Ballikayalar which is between Istanbul and Izmit; Geyve near Bilecik; Golpazari near Bilecik; Narlidere near Bursa; and Kaynaklar near Izmir. Over 570 routes are described across a good range of grades from F4 to F8b+ on limestone rock.

Generally the style of climbing is bolted sport routes with the vast majority being single pitch. However at Geyve there is a mixture of multi-pitch traditional routes as well as single pitch sport routes.

At the start of each area there is a general description, a location map, detailed instructions on how to get to the crag (including by public transport), and the best time of the year to visit. All the routes are illustrated on full colour photographs, topo style, with both French grades and UIAA grades, along with the route length and the number of bolts.

Published in January 2012, this guidebook is in Turkish and English text throughout.
