Eastern Edges: North - Burbage, Millstone and Beyond Guidebook

This is the definitive rock climbing guidebook to all the routes and all the bouldering on the gritstone crags and edges that surround the city of Sheffield.  The guidebook covers over 20 areas including Burbage North, Burbage South, Burbage Boulders, Carl Walk, Higgar Tor, Millstone Edge, Lawrencefield, Mother Cap, Over Owler Tor, Bell Hagg, Rivelin Edge, Rivelin Quarry, Hallam View Buttress, Wyming Brook, Derwent Edges, Ladybower Quarry, Bamford Edge, Agden Rocher, Stannington Ruffs, and Wharncliffe.

For each area there is a good location map, and a good description giving a general overview of the crag and type of rock climbing to be found there.  In total over 2,200 routes and 750 boulder problems are described. All the routes are described on colour topo photos with English traditional grades used for the rock climbing and V grades for the bouldering. 

Published in December 2005, this guidebook is in English text throughout, complete with many excellent action photographs.
