This is a comprehensive guidebook describing the rock climbing found on the island of Bornholm, Denmark’s best and largest rock climbing area. The climbing to be found here is a mixture of sport climbing in granite quarries, or traditional sea cliff climbing along a series of granite outcrops. The access to these sea cliffs is easy with no need to abseil in.
The guidebook is split into 7 major climbing areas, and over 300 routes are described across a wide range of grades and styles. At the start of each area is a clear location map and detailed access information, along with GPS co-ordinates. All the routes are shown on colour photo topos along with route descriptions.
The guidebook also acts as a good travel guide to the area. There are details of how to get there, where to stay, and what to do on rest days. Also included is some general history about Bornholm.
