This is a comprehensive guidebook describing the sport climbing and traditional rock climbing in the Australian Blue Mountains. The Blue Mountains are located to the west of Sydney in New South Wales, with all the climbing on sandstone rock. The guidebook covers a large area from Clarence in the north, to Mount Victoria, Blackheath, Medlow Bath, Katoomba, Leura and Wentworth Falls in the east. The guidebook describes the full range of climbing available in the Blue Mountains, from single pitch sport routes to long multi-pitch traditional routes, across 58 different crags.

This guidebook describes 3,421 routes across a wide range of grades from Australian 2 to 35. However, the vast majority of the routes in the Blue Mountains are graded from Australian 14 to 28 (UK, VS 4c to E6 6b; or French 4 to 7c+). At the start of each climbing area there is a location map along with clear access information. Routes are colour coded to indicate if they are sport, mixed or traditional, plus information regarding the orientation of the sun and approach time is also given. All routes are shown on clear colour photo topos along with a brief description. GPS co-ordinates are given for the parking areas and the main climbing areas.

Published in March 2019, this guidebook is in English text throughout and includes many excellent action photographs. This revised guidebook contains more than 200 routes and 3 new climbing areas than the previous 2015 edition of this guidebook.
