Introduction
Climb Europe trades from 3 Elmwood Close, Balsall Common,
West Midlands, CV7 7DP, UK. Your agreement is with Climb Europe and this
is the user agreement which governs your use of this website and the purchase
by you of the services and products we provide. By proceeding with a purchase,
you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following Terms
& Conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

Products Section
Payment
Orders must can be placed through the web site, just follow the easy instructions.
Under no circumstances, e-mail your credit card details to us. No responsibility
can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.
Alternatively a GBP cheque (including postage & packaging cost) can
be sent to: Climb Europe, 3 Elmwood Close, Balsall Common, West Midlands,
CV7 7DP, UK.
Card Security
As a company we have chosen to use the WorldPay secure server for credit
card payments, to ensure the utmost care is taken to protect you &
your personal card details. It is imperative that you type in the cardholder's
details as it is shown on the card, & address exactly as it appears
on the statement. When passing your credit details to WorldPay, they

You can pay though PayPal either by

Stock Control Policy
We hold the stock that is featured in our on-line shop.
If the item(s) you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will
e-mail you within 14 days (usually within 48 hours), informing you when
the item(s) will be dispatched to you. If we can't supply a product we
will refund your money in full.
Pricing Policy
Climb Europe's products are priced in Pounds Sterling and include all
local taxes
Delivery Charges
A delivery charge will be added to all orders as indicated at the time
of ordering.
Goods Return Policy
Climb Europe is committed to providing the best customer service available.
If you are not happy with what you have ordered, or we have dispatched
the wrong item, you can return the goods for a full refund or exchange,
no questions asked.
Just follow the simple instructions below.
Return of goods procedure
- Contact Climb Europe by e-mailing contact@climb-europe.com.
- All products must be returned within 21 days of dispatch,
have not been used & in their original packaging.
- A short note accompanying the products explaining if
you require a full refund or an exchange.
- To return the products free of charge, you must include
a receipt for your postage with the products being returned.
- The original receipt must be returned.
- Once the returned goods have been checked then either;
you will receive a cheque for a complete refund, including any postage
claimed; or alternative products will be dispatched along with a cheque
for any postage claimed.
3.
Accommodation Only Section
All accommodation is booked after filling in correctly,
and submitting an accommodation request form. Climb Europe will then:
- Confirm with the owner of the property that it is available
for the dates chose
- If the property is available this will be confirmed via
e-mail along with the total cost and the deposit required
- All accommodation bookings are only confirmed (via a
letter) when the full deposit has been received
- If the property is not available this will be confirmed
via an e-mail
Payment
The deposit paid only secures the accommodation for the desired period.
Full payment is required 4 weeks before departure. All deposits are non
refundable.
Booking conditions
In certain circumstances customers may amend or change their booking.
It might also be possible to obtain a refund, though all deposits are
non refundable. Any changes or amendments to accommodation booking will
be favourably treated by Climb Europe, though ultimately it is the owner
of the property in question who has the final decision.
Provision of accommodation
All accommodation is to be used solely by those who have booked through
www.climb-europe.com.
You are responsible for any damage caused to your holiday accommodation
during your stay and any charges levied by the owner/management of the
property in respect of such damage must be met by you and be paid locally.
The property owner/manager reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour
is disruptive or affects the enjoyment of other guests.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, you must do so in writing. A verbal cancellation
will not be accepted. Cancellation periods are calculated on the date
that we receive the cancellation at our address at Climb Europe, 3 Elmwood
Close, Balsall Common, CV7 7DP, UK. The 'accommodation cost' means the
total cost for the accommodation shown on your invoice. If you cancel,
you are liable to pay the cancellation charges set out below:
- More than 56 days Deposit
- 56-29 Days 50% of accommodation cost or deposit if greater
- 28-22 Days 70% of accommodation cost or deposit if greater
- 21-8 Days 90% of accommodation cost or deposit if greater
- 7 days or less the total
cost of your accommodation
Insurance
Adequate travel insurance cover is strongly recommended. Please note
general travel insurance does normally cover holiday activities such as
rock climbing. Climb Europe strongly suggest buying specialist climbing
holiday insurance.
4.
General Section
Statutory Rights
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a
customer. Climb Europe reserves the right to change the terms and conditions
on this site at any time.
Privacy Policy
Climb Europe do not divulge or sell our customers details to any other
company or any 3rd party organisation, under any circumstances.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Climb Europe disclaims all warranties,
whether express or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the
information contained in or services offered on this site and shall not
be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort
(including negligence), or otherwise arising from this site, or from any
interruption or delay in accessing this site.
Jurisdiction
All agreements will be made in England and be governed by English law
and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
