NYC Bouldering is a comprehensive guidebook detailing the bouldering to be found in New York City, covering an area from mid to upper Manhattan. Surprisingly scattered between the sky scrapers and yellow cabs of New York City are a number of bouldering areas, with the most famous and largest area being Central Park.
The bouldering in New York is steep in history but has a very relaxed feel to it. This guidebook covers Central Park (south, central and north), Morningside Park, St Nicholas Park, High Bridge Park, Loony Bin Boulder, Fort Tryon, and Inwood Park.
At the beginning of each area there is a location map plus detailed access information, along with an overview boulder map. All the individual problems are shown on colour photo topos, complete with detailed descriptions.
