Franken 2 Rock Climbing Guidebook

This is a comprehensive guidebook covering the southern half of the Frankenjura rock climbing area to the east of Nuremburg. 17 major climbing areas are covered, detailing more than 350 crags and over 5,500 routes.

The following major climbing areas are included; Walberla, Trubachtal, Bärnfels, Betzenstein, Plech, Pegnitz, Krottensee, Spies, Sittenbachtal, Pegnitztal, Hirschbachtal, Königstein, Etzelbachtal, Högenbachtal, Förrenbachtal, Lauterachtal, Neumarkt, and Forellenbachtal.

For each crag there is a detailed location map, detailed access information and GPS co-ordinates. All the routes are shown on detailed topos. Additional information is given such as clear crag info pages, general travel logistics and useful resturant tips.

Published in July 2010 by Gebro Verlag, this guidebook is written in German and English text throughout, and includes many excellent action photographs. This is the 2nd edition of this guidebook that has totally been rivised and includes over 1,000 new routes.
