Rock Climbs in Annecy Guidebook

69-January-AnnecyClimb Europe wishes all of our customers a happy New Year.  January is always a good month to plan your holidays and adventures for the year ahead.

The French Alps is always a popular climbing destination, with most climbers heading for Chamonix.  For those who wish to escape the crowds of Chamonix but still experience multi-pitch routes in the Alps, then Lake Annecy is a good option, especially as a new guidebook has recently been published.

The Rock Climbs in Annecy Guidebook describes a selection of the best multi-pitch routes around Lake Annecy, located to the south of Geneva.  The guidebook describes 25 areas and 195 multi-pitch routes on the magnificent limestone cliffs in this area, all within an hour’s drive of Annecy.  The routes described are across a wide range of grades, up to F7a, and are generally well bolted.

All the routes are shown on colour photo topos, and the guidebook is in English and French text throughout.  There is detailed information enabling you to get to the start of your chosen route, and more importantly the appropriate descent information.

Buy the Rock around the Rock Climbs in Annecy Guidebook for only £32.95 plus P&P.
