The apartment situated on 2 floors, ground floor and basement. On the ground floor there is a lovely open plan social area with lounge, dining area and kitchen. Leading off are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 bunk, also a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Double doors lead out from both bedrooms onto the back patio/garden area.

Downstairs in the basement there is another twin room and further bathroom with shower. A lounge area with double bed settee which can also be used as the 4th bedroom if required. This still leaves the upstairs lounge area free of beds for lounging.

Outside there is a patio including a barbecue area, and inside there open fires and satellite TV for those late autumn and winter evenings.
