Many rock climbers either choose to stay in the village of El Chorro or in one of the surrounding towns such as Alora. El Chorro has a limited number of self-catering apartments, B&B style accommodation and a camp site. Towns such as Alora offer a wider range of accommodation from expensive hotels, budget hotels, self-catering apartments and villas, to B&B style accommodation.

All the apartments have the following facilities:
- All bedrooms are either doubles or twins with bed linen and towels.
- At least 1 bathroom (the larger apartments have 2).
- Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, washing machine complete with crockery & cooking utensils.
- Living room with flat screen TV and music system/CD player.
- Outdoor barbecue area.
- Outdoor pool, which is total independent from the other apartments.
Complementing these 7 independent apartments there is a restaurant with WIFI, where you can sample typical local cuisine in a warm family atmosphere.
