Bouganvilla Apartment (sleeps up to 4 people)

This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area just 1 km from Calpe town and 5 minutes from the famous Penon de Ifach. The apartment is ideal for the couple wishing to get away and relax although within close enough proximity to the main resort of Calpe.  Calpe is an ideal location for rock climbing with many areas less than 30 minutes drive away, including the Penon de Ifach (300m high), and the sea cliffs at Mascarat and Toix.

The apartment is situated below the owner’s main residence and has its own private entrance, guests have sole use of garden and pool and own parking space.  The modern apartment is newly refurbished and entirely self-contained and is suitable for up to 4 people. There is the main bedroom (twin beds), ceiling fan and built in wardrobe, contemporary wet room style bathroom, and lounge with double doors opening on to lovely terrace with table & chairs, leading to a beautiful swimming pool and gardens. The lounge also has a sofa bed, dining suite for 4 people, TV, stereo, and a small well-equipped kitchen with all new appliances.

Casita Rincon de Luna – Accommodation in Puig Campana (Sleeps up to 5 people).

The house is situated within the protected 'Puig Campana' mountain range. It is only three klms from the old village of Finestrat which offers all local amenities whilst retaining its Spanish hilltop character. One of the best climbing areas on the Costa Blanca at Sella is only 10 minutes by car. Without doubt one of the classic areas to climb in the Costa Blanca with a beautiful remote valley. On all sides loom the crags that make Sella such a popular place to climb. The other climbing areas of Relleu, Puig Campana, Calpe and Guadalest are also only a short drive away. The villa is ideal for people who want peace and tranquility yet has easy access to towns such as Calpe, Benidorm and Villajoyosa and cities such as Alicante and Valencia.

This fully furnished house has two bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin, plus 1 single bed in the lounge area, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a spacious 'L'shaped lounge with dining area and a very efficient wood burning stove and a mobile gas heater. It has private parking for two cars, is surrounded by terraces with paved patio areas, two outside dining areas with tables and chairs, an outside cooker and Bar-B-Q and also has a small garden area. 

Clients have shared use of a solar heated swimming pool next door, with a designated sunbathing terrace of 25 sq mtrs complete with sun loungers.

Please do not confuse Casita Rincon de Luna with the usual 'bunk house' accommodation, as this property and its situation are on a different level.
