This is the comprehensive guidebook covering the rock climbing at Riglos, near Huesca in the foothills of the Pyrenees, in northeast Spain. Riglos is famous for its conglomerate pillars up to 300m high. The climbing style here is multi-pitch climbing on routes that are both bolted and traditionally protected (often a combination of both). The guidebook also covers limestone and sandstone areas of Pena Rueba, Mallos de Aguero, Foz de Escalete, Castillo de Loarre and Garona Valley.
The guidebook details over 500 routes that are shown on detailed topos. Symbols indicate if the route is purely bolted, fully traditionally protected, or a combination of bolts and traditional protection. Further symbols indicate when the route is in the sun, approach time, type of protection required, and whether single or doubles ropes are recommended. There is also a short description including descent information.
Published in December 2012, this guidebook is in Spanish, French and English text throughout.
