Situated 85 miles south of Salt Lake City Maple Canyon is one of the most popular summer sport climbing destinations in the USA. The Canyon’s steep walls of cobbled conglomerate provide quality routes across a wide range of grades from 5.7 to 5.14 (F5a to F9a).

For each area there is information for approach times & when the rock is in the shade or sun. All the routes are shown on colour photo-topos, along with a description and the number of bolts. The best time to climb at Maple Canyon is from May through to mid-October.
