Pietra di Luna - A guide to rock climbing in Sardinia describes more than 3600 single pitch sports routes all over the island of Sardinia. The guidebook covers the popular areas of Cala Gonone, Domusnovas, Isili, Jerzu and Baunei. In total it describes 20 main rock climbing areas, detailing 176 different crags and over 3600 routes.

Published in October 2011 (5th Edition) this guidebook is written in English text. All of the routes are illustrated on colour photo-topos, with French sport grades used throughout. There are many stunning photographs in this guidebook showing the excellent climbing to be found in Sardinia.

The 2007 edition of the Pietra di Luna guidebook is still in stock, as it is the only guidebook available that covers the multi-pitch sports routes and the bouldering to be found on Sardinia. Detailed are the long multi-pitch routes in Supramonte near Cala Gonone and crags in Ogliastra such as Punta Giradili. The guidebook details the bouldering to be found around Nuoro, Cagliari and Olbia. Also included are all of the famous sport climbing areas such as Cala Gonone, Domusnovas, Isili, Jerzu and Baunei, but not as up to date as the current 5th Edition. In total it describes 14 main rock climbing areas, detailing 129 different crags and nearly 4,000 routes/boulder problems.

This guidebook is the current 4th Edition and is in English text throughout.

Arrampicare ad Alghero, Sassari e dintorni is the comprehensive guidebook for all the sports climbing and rock climbing around Alghero and Sassari in northern Sardinia. In total it describes 20 main rock climbing areas/crags and nearly 600 routes (across all grades). Virtually all the routes described are single pitch sports routes on limestone rock, though there are some multi-pitch routes up to 140m long near Alghero, which also offers some sea cliff climbing.

The guidebook covers the popular areas of Fuili, La Poltrona and I Tornanti, plus some new areas such as Buchi Arta. In total it describes 23 main rock climbing areas/crags and over 960 routes (across all grades) including the big wall crags at Monte Oddeu in Supramonte.
