The guidebook describes the first routes developed in the Anti-Atlas Mountains, which are primarily multi-pitch traditional routes (up to 500m long), accompanied by a sense of adventure.

The guidebook describes 33 crags and over 150 routes, mainly in the lower to mid-grade range. The Rocklands bouldering guidebook is the definitive guidebook covering the world famous bouldering area of Rocklands in South Africa. The area is situated 200km north of Cape Town, close to the town of Clanwilliam. The bouldering is situated in the Pakhuis Pass of the Cederberg Wilderness area.
