Arrampicare ad Alghero, Sassari e dintorni is the comprehensive guidebook for all the sports climbing and rock climbing around Alghero and Sassari in northern Sardinia. In total it describes 20 main rock climbing areas/crags and nearly 600 routes (across all grades). Virtually all the routes described are single pitch sports routes on limestone rock, though there are some multi-pitch routes up to 140m long near Alghero, which also offers some sea cliff climbing. At the start of each crag there is a general description detailing its character and a location map of how to get there.
