Located in an ancient villa on the fourth floor (complete with elevator), this apartment is fully equipped with the following facilities.  There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area which seats 4 comfortably around a custom-made dining table.  There is 1 bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for a further 2 people in the living room, plus 1 large bathroom that has a bath tub.  The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating throughout and linen is provided.

The rooms have natural wood flooring, built-in storage space and have been tastefully furnished with high-quality Alpine furniture. The living room is equipped with a 20' ' flat-screen satellite LCD TV and all-region DVD. There is also a separate storage area for equipment on the ground floor and private open air parking.
